The Numbers of March 2018
Nintendo just put out there sales for up to March and things are looking good! I'll just jump right into things.

SNES Classic
So the Snes classic, even though it was struggling with numbers, sold 5.28 Million units! The Nes only sold 2.3!


Software
Alright so here is the top 8 best selling games of 2018 (now this is only the software sold in  2018, so Botw isn't at the top.)

  1. Super Mario Odyssey – 10.41 million units
  2. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – 9.22m
  3. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild – 8.48m
  4. Splatoon 2 – 6.02m
  5. 1-2 Switch – 2.29m
  6. ARMS – 1.85m
  7. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 – 1.31m
  8. Kirby Star Allies – 1.29m
Nintendo's still doing good  eh!

Hardware
The Nintendo has sold 17.79 million units as of March 31st 2018. This number is worldwide and is particularly impressive given how recently the Nintendo Switch launched.

The purposes for the trademark cover a number of things including a video game program, controller for game machine, joystick for video game machine, TV game machine and more.
