Top 5 Things I'd Like to See Added to the Super Mario Sunshine Remaster
Top 5 Things I'd Like to See Added to the Super Mario Sunshine Remaster
HD and Polished Textures
Now,
I'm gonna try and keep it fairly realistic and I think it is vary
likely that Nintendo will do the same thing for Sunshine as they did
with Wind Waker. Have the game be in HD and running at 60 frames per
second, as well as smoothing and polishing the textures so that it
really pops like wind waker. If they do this, I think that it would look
really good!
Blue Coins Guide
While
I love Super Mario Sunshine, It did have a few issues. One of which,
was that finding all the blue coins without a guide was a nightmare. You
see, blue coins are hidden throughout the levels, and every ten blue
coins can be used to buy a shine sprite. But the game never tells you
how many coins are left in the area, so I think if Nintendo were to add
how many are left in the level or even hints where they are like
Talkatoo in Super Mario Odyssey would do this game wonders!
Re-imaging the Music
Super
Mario Sunshine has a great soundtrack, and while I love how it sounds
in the GameCube version, I think it would be really cool and breathe new
life into the game if they were to re-record the music for the game. It
would be even better if they were to have some fun and re-imagine the
songs a bit and giving it a new take, kinda like what they did for Smash
bros. If they did this, it would be, oh so good!
Hard Mode
While
Nintendo may be more likely to give Sunshine an easy mode since it's
not the easiest Mario game ever, I would love to see them do a hard mode
instead. Or both, that works too. But with the hard mode, they could do
something more basic like giving Mario less lives, having enemies hit
harder ecs. But I would love for them to go all out and re-arrange the
levels and make the boss fights harder. Ether way, it would add even
more replay value to the game and another insentive for vederains to
pick up the game again.
A Brand New Area
This
one is probably the least likely, but hey, I can dream. The brand new
area could be just a brand new part of isle delfino to explore, or it
could be a challenge level like the Grandmaster Galaxy in Super Mario
Galaxy 2, where you'd have to use all your skills to the fullest! Again,
not vary likely, but it would be so cool if they did.
And
there you have it! Those are the top 5 things I would like to be added
to the Super Mario Sunshine remaster. But, what would you like to be
added, if anything? Do you think that Super Mario Sunshine will come to
the switch? Let me know in the comments below. Thanks for taking a look!
