Pokemon Direct Breakdown and My Thoughts

Pokemon Direct Breakdown and My Thoughts
Now there was a LOT of new info this Pokemon Conference! So that's why we'll be breaking it down, and you'll be able to see my thoughts of these new things as well.
Now, before we start, consider subscribing to NintendosView and sharing it with all your buddies! It would seriously help out a LOT!
Now without further adieu, lets go Pikachu! Oh yeah, you can come too!

Pokemon Quest
So this one was diffidently a surprise! A Pokemon spin-off game for both the switch and for smartphones? And its free and you can download it right now? While I do plan on doing a review of this in the fuchure, for now I'll just tell you my thoughts on it thus far.
So its kinda like a combo of Mystery Dungeon and Pokemon Rumble. You can level up Pokemon, attract Pokemon with soup, tap buttans as the Pokemon battle and more. It seems pretty casual and simple. But I do think it looks kinda fun! I also like the graphics! It looks like Minecraft meets Pokemon and I love it! Also, can't you see these little guys being sold as tiny little toys to collect?

Pokemon Let's Go Evee and Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu
First off, I have to say, I think the trailer was done expertly well! I'm just saying! Also, I know lots of people were freaking out about it going too casual and ruining Pokemon but there is still a core Pokemon RPG on the way which I will talk more about in a minute.
Alright so first off I have to say, the graphics looks good, but nothing mind blowing. It does look like an HD 3ds game, but that's not necissarly a bad thing. Also, remember that screenshot leak a while back? Well it turns out it may have been real! Check out the comparison!
Right, Leak                                                                               Left, Real Deal
As you can see, they look vary similar! Just an interesting thing to note! But I'm sure you didn't come here to hear me talk about the graphics all day! So lets dive into the gameplay!
 GamePlay
As you can see from this screenshot, catching wild Pokemon works just like in Pokemon Go. Except you flick the Joy-con. Now, I was disappointed by this at first, but now I don't have to fight a whole bunch of random Pokemon and grind, plus GameFreak is easing newcomers into the true world of Pokemon.
But don't worry, battling trainers and NPC's is still here as you can see here. And I was vary happy about this! The battle menu looks really nice and the attacks really pop! Another nice thing is that you can still level up your Pokemon!

Random encounters are completely gone as well! Now you can see the Pokemon walking around and can go around them or attack them!
Speaking of Pokemon out and about, you can now have your Pokemon follow you since this is a combo of Pokemon Go and Yellow. And Pikachu or Evee are always on you so you can bond to them like in the anime. And I think both of these additions are awesome!

Oh and guess what! It has Co-Up! A first for the Pokemon series! You can both throw Poke-balls and gang up on children! Oh yah, there's also Mewtew and a secret Pokemon, probably from Gen 8! But were not done with Lets Go yet!

The Poke-ball Plus and Pokemon Go Connectivity
Next up is the Poke-ball plus! Its a really cool device that helps you really immerse yourself into the game. Instead of flicking a Joy-con, why not flick a Pokemon that rumbles to the shaking of the ball you through? You can also move around, and press down the stick to as the button! You can also put a Pokemon in there and take them for a stroll! You can shake the Poke-ball and the Pokemon will make sounds, and you can even pet the Poke-ball!
So yeah, I think the Poke-ball plus is really cool and probobly the best way to play the game.
You can also transfer Pokemon and items between Let's Go and Pokemon Go!

Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu, Pokemon Let's Go Evee and the Poke-ball Plus are coming out November 16!
I think all in all, this game is vary promising and while casual, looks like a lot of fun!
But wait, were still not done...

Pokemon Switch News
Sadly we didn't see a trailer or anything about this core, mainline Pokemon game, but we did get to know that Let's Go Evee and Let's Go Pikachu is not what they were talking about! We also got to know that it is coming in the second half of 2019! What do I think of that? Oh heck yeah!

So all in all I am happy with all of the big announcements this Pokemon Direct, especially for Let's Go and Pokemon Switch. So what do you think of Pokemon Quest, the Let's Go's, the Poke-Ball Plus and what little we got of Pokemon Switch? Let us know in the comments below.
