News for July 2, 2018 includes Hints to future collaborations,  Sonic Movie News, Square Enix, Crash and More
Hello everyone! Welcome back to another article on Nintendo news! But before we start, please consider liking, sharing and subscribing to NintendosView. Don't think there's anything else to say, so let's just dive right into them, shall we!

Nes Classic is Back! Is Your Body Ready?
Two years ago (already?!?) the NES Classic hit store shelves and were instantly lost. It was a crazy time! Imagine black Friday but for one item for 24 7!
So why was this game so wanted? It had thirty classic NES games on it plus a NES classic controller! Enough said!
And now the hot Nes is back, so if you want it, you better grab it quick!

More Horrifying Sonic Movie News!
More info for the Sonic Movie has come out, this time who will be playing Dr. Eggman. And it is none other than Jim Carrey, oh and Eggman wont be CGI, Jim Carrey will be PLAYING Eggman!                 Take one look at the actor and try to imagine him as Eggman… looks almost as bad as Bowser in the Super Mario Bros movie to me!

Nintendo Considering a NEW 3DS???
Okay... Now I'm just confused!
Now Nintendo has been saying for a while now that they were still going to support the 3ds, but this new news is just confusing me! The 3ds and the Switch have been competing a little bit, but I thought they were slowly getting ride of the 3ds and moving the fans over to the Switch!
Here's what the New Nintendo President (Shuntaro Furukawa: The Mobile obsessed Prez!) had to say,

“Though it’s been around much longer, the 3DS has certain advantages over the Switch such as ease of purchase and the like.” Furukawa also commented on a possible successor, saying that Nintendo is “considering various possibilities.” However, the statement alone doesn’t make it clear how serious the company is when it comes to exploring a new dedicated portable device that follows in 3DS’ footsteps.”

Do you hope Nintendo makes a new 3ds? Or do you want them to drop the 3ds and focus on the switch? Let us know in the comments.

New Trademarks, This Time, For Splatoon and Smash
Nintendo has been doing a lot of Trademarks lately, and they haven't stopped yet! This time, its for Super Smash Bros and Splatoon. The trademarks are not only for video games but are also included for “providing of entertainment, all manners of lending purposes, and the planning and holding of events etc.” Japanese Nintendo reports that the Super Smash Bros trademark also allows for game controllers.

More Ubisoft and Nintendo Collaborations Are Vary Likely!
Nintendo has been working with Ubisoft a lot lately, from Mario + Rabbids to the recently announced Battle for Atlus. Its exciting times! And it sounds like it isn't going to stop anytime soon!

“It is very strong because we have done many things together in the past,” Guillemot explained, responding to a question about why Ubisoft’s relationship with Nintendo is as strong as it is and whether such collaborations will continue.
“The Nintendo brands and their capacity to create fantastic games is really something that our creators in Ubisoft love, and when they can collaborate with Nintendo they are extremely happy to do so. So, yes it will continue, and I hope we will be able to surprise you with new things in the future.”

Nintendo Plans to Have Enough Hardware for the Holidays
Game Informer just interviewed Reggie and discussed a number of subjects. One of the things was if there would be enough hardware for games like Let's Go Pikachu and Eevee and Super Smash Bros Ultimate.

With Super Smash Bros. Ultimate hitting this holiday, let’s talk about hardware. Switch is still selling like mad. Are you going to be sending out more during the holiday [to meet demand]?
“Absolutely. Our goal as a business is to drive momentum and create excitement to get people who have heard about the hardware, but haven’t yet bought it, to jump in. Our biggest failure is when the consumer goes to the shelf and it isn’t there. We’re focused on making sure the supply chain is going to be robust. As we sit here today, we are highly confident that we are going to be able to meet the demand. Part of what we do is to try to drive demand as high as possible, and to therefore drive our business as strong as possible.”

Commercial Break!
Welcome to another commercial break where we look at Nintendo commercials, old and new (and often hilarious!) Now, when watching this remember, this is the first Fire Emblem  game in the west, and this is the first look they got of it!

The second is of Donkey Kong Country with Donkey and Diddy looking like they came out of there terrible TV series! That alone makes this one hilarious!

Crash Bandicoot is The Fastest Selling Game on Switch This Year!
Who would have thought that not only is there a Crash Bandicoot game on Switch, but its also the fastest selling game this year so far?!?

“The Switch version of Crash is actually the fastest selling Switch game released this year. Although that’s perhaps not too surprising considering its lower-than-usual RRP of £30.”

New Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker Ad
Nintendo has been one of the best advertisers for a while now, so naturally there pushing there next game, Captain Toad, into there ads. What do you think of this ads style? Do you prefer this or the normal Switch ads? Let us know in the comments.

Sakuri Says He Wanted to Make Other Games Other Than Smash, But Nintendo's the Boss
Sakuri is a seriously talented and passionate director who has made many legendary titles such as every smash, Kid Icarus: Uprising, Kirby and more. Sadly though, he's mostly worked on Smash.
When asked if he's thought of working on other games other than Smash, here's what he said.

“Of course, there’s always that little voice inside of me that says, “I want to work on things that aren’t Smash Bros.,” and I listen to it. But even so, if it’s apparent that my games have even a little bit of personality in them and the player is able to appreciate that, then I’m grateful.
Still, it’s Nintendo that decides whether a new Smash Bros. game will be made or not. When I get that request, it’s my job to make that my top priority without thinking too much about other things. As it stands, I have a ludicrous amount of directing to do – my work is incredibly extensive, and I don’t think that’ll change any time soon! At the very least, it isn’t unreasonable to say that there won’t be another Smash Bros. for awhile after this one is finished.”
Do you think Sakuri's talent is being waisted on Smash? One interesting thing to note is that he made it sound like Ultimate would be his final game, but here it sounds like he is planning on working on more! What do you think? Let us know in the comments.

Square Enix Working on a Switch Action RPG
Square Enix has made a couple of Switch exclusives (not many companies don't do that.) and it sounds like there working on another.
Square Enix’s Business Division 8 is currently on a recruitment drive for Project Assistants to help develop a unspecified Nintendo Switch Action RPG. The team is known for developing titles such as Seiken Densetsu, Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, Imperial SaGa and Bahamut Disco.
Hopefully we hear more about it soon.
