Pokemon Quest is Now on Smartphones
The first thing on this list is that Pokemon Quest is now on mobile devices, instead of just the switch. So if you enjoyed the game or havn't gotten a chance to try it out, this is the perfect opportunity to get it.
Yo-Kai Watch Coming to Smartphones to Challenge Pokemon Go!
The next bit of news took me by suprise!
Level-5 and GungHo Online Entertainment have just launched a Yo-Kai Watch game for iOS and Android smartphones in Japan only.
Yo-Kai Watch World is a location-based title similar Pokémon GO, where famous Yo-Kai characters appear "in the real world" around you. The goal is to fill your Yo-Kai Encyclopedia by visiting different locations and searching for signs of Yo-Kai activity. Using AR, your phone will display the Yo-Kai, at which point you'll enter a battle phase.
Battles are semi-automatic and are won using special moves; victory allows you to befriend the Yo-Kai, and you can then train them, which results in even stronger Yo-Kai appearing. The trailer also hints that raid battles - where players join forces to take down powerful foes - will also feature.

In an interesting twist, your Yo-Kai can "possess" nearby players and
travel with them to new areas for a short time; this may result in them
returning with new Yo-Kai or bonus items.
lastly, it's possible to plant "Yo-Kai Trees" at various locations in order to attract new Yo-Kai. This sounds a lot like using a Lure Module at a PokéStop in Pokémon GO.

As a matter of fact, it looks a LOT like Pokemon Go! What do you think of this Yo-Kai Watch mobile game? Will it be different enough from Go? Do you think it will fail? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
Onto the next news!
Sony Looking at All the Possibility of CrossPlay
Now, as I'm sure you're aware, while Microsoft and Nintendo have been embracing cross-play for game like Minecraft, Paladens and Fortnite, Sony however, has been making it vary clear that they didn't want that.
However, many people want to play with there friends on different platforms so here's what Sony had to say on the matter.
We're hearing it. We're looking at a lot of the possibilities. You can
imagine that the circumstances around that affect a lot more than just
one game. I'm confident we'll get to a solution which will be understood
and accepted by our gaming community, while at the same time supporting
our business."
So what does this mean? I think it means there noticing how well its going for Microsoft and Nintendo and are considering the possibility of joining in. However, they are also considering how it would be like if they don't.
Super Smash Bros Ultimate Includes Music From Snipperclips
Now this is info from the official Super Smash Bros Ultimate blog. So what could this mean? Well, I wouldn't be surprised at all if there were a Snipperclips stage. We've seen plenty of quirky stages like that in the past and I have a feeling that snip and clip will be some of the stage hazards!
And there you have it! So that's the news from today so far! If you enjoyed this article, than please consider liking, sharing, commenting and subscribing to NintendosView.
