Super Smash Bros Ultimate is Nintendo's Fastest Selling Home Console Game EVER!

Super Smash Bros Ultimate is Nintendo's Fastest Selling Home Console Game EVER!
Now, we all knew that Ultimate would do well, but I for one wasn't expecting this! Not only is it the fastest selling game on Switch now, and not only is it the fastest selling Smash game ever, no, that's not enough!
Now it appears to be dominating the entirety of Europe, US, Japan and more too, performing better during its launch period than any Nintendo home console release that has come before it.
That's right, it's sold faster than Breath of the Wild, Super Mario Odyssey, Let's Go, as well as all other Nintendo home console games in Europe!!!

Nintendo of Europe COO Stephan Bole has said the following:
"Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is the biggest Super Smash Bros. ever, and not only is it the fastest-selling game in the series we’ve ever seen in Europe, it’s become our fastest-selling home console game ever. Nintendo Switch owners have a lot to look forward to in 2019, including new games in the Animal Crossing and Pokémon series, Yoshi’s Crafted World, Fire Emblem: Three Houses, and more."

Super Smash Bros isn't just doing well in Europe! It is also the fastest selling home console Nintendo game Ever as well!

According to Nintendo Australia, Ultimate's sales over the first three days locally were 80 per cent higher than Super Mario Odyssey, which has gone on to sell more than 12 million copies worldwide. Another amazing fact is how five of Nintendo's ten best-ever game launches locally are now on the Switch.
In the supplied PR, Nintendo Australia's Managing Director Kamon Yoshimura made the following comments about Ultimate's success:
“We are thrilled that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is now both the fastest-selling game in the series and our fastest-selling home console game in Australia and New Zealand. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is the biggest Super Smash Bros. ever, and we look forward to bringing exciting experiences to players in 2019 with new games in the Animal Crossing and Pokémon series, alongside Yoshi’s Crafted World, Fire Emblem: Three Houses, and more.”
