We haven't seen  Wave Race since the GameCube and we all assumed that it would be stuck there with F-Zero. But wait... Wikia managed to speak to Nintendo’s Shinya Takahashi and he said something vary interesting.

You may see that game again,” Takahashi teases with a grin. “We have been trying to make many games and that may be one of them … I personally love Wave Race!
