My Thoughts and Predictions on Pokémon Switch
My Thoughts and Predictions on Pokémon Switch
♩♩ I wana be the vary best! Like no one ever was! ♩♩ Oh, sorry! I got into it there! Alright so as you all know, E3 2018 is just around the corner and as I'm sure you noticed, I like predicting E3! So I decided to hit the big one, the one I expect to be the center (pun intended!) of E3... Pokémon! And no, I'm not talking about Pokken! All we know is that it will be a core RPG Pokémon game on the switch so its all up in the air.Ishihara later told Bloomenberg the following: “With the Switch, we see it as a chance to create Pokémon that goes deeper and with a higher level of expression. As a result, that makes it an extremely important platform. But before we start, please consider subscribing to NintednosView so you never miss an article. Now lets go catch 'em all!
Rumors
We have already covered some rumors, which you can read here. Alright, so rumors have been going even before it was announced for Switch but I won't cover Pokémon stars or the photo that showed up on the web the day before April Fools. But Pokémon has been listed in multiple 2018 release dates and Nintendo themselves in other countries have said that as well, but they could have been misinformed.
What I Want from Pokémon
Alright, so I'll dive straight into what I want. First off, I want it to be easier than recent Pokémon games. I think that is pretty straightforward.
I also want it to stay turn based. It can be more dramatic like in the Anime but I want it to stay turn based.
Here comes my biggest want and that is...
Going Back to its Roots
So both Zelda and Mario have gone back to there roots to make them both one of the best games ever made, lets do the same with Pokémon! By back to its roots I mean something vary specific. Less story and linear, more open world and Gotta catch 'em all! What I mean is, I want it to feel like you're Ash on a Pokémon journey, exploring, getting the same wonder and amazement you got in the first game. I think that, would be awesome and Pokémon Go shows that I'm not the only one who wants this!
And there you have it! Do you agree with me? Tell us in the comments. Get HYPED for E3!
